C11orf17 is a nuclear protein and known to bind to the amino terminus (residues 1-39) of the C subunit of PKA.
It is a binding partner of NF-kappaB p65 subunit, and enhances NF-kappaB-mediated gene expression.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
