ACAA1 (acetylCoenzyme A acyltransferase 1), catalyzes the conversion of acyl-CoA and acetyl-CoA to 3-oxoacyl-CoA in the fatty acid oxidation pathway.
Deficiency of this enzyme can lead to pseudo-Zellweger syndrome.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 20ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
