NUP43 probably mediates the assembly of subdomains of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) or facilitates the interaction of transport complexes with the NPC.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml using 25-50ug cell/tissue lysate or 15ul/lane mammalian over-expressed lysate or 0.1-0.2ug/lane purified protein antigen
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
