CD32 is a receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma.
This is a low affinity receptor.
It is Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B cells.
Binding to this receptor results in downmodulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B cells (BCR), T cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3ug/ml using human tonsil
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
