特徴
- Doc2-alpha is mainly expressed in brain and is suggested to be involved in Ca(2+)-dependent neurotransmitter release.
- It may also be involved in dynein-dependent intracellular vesicle transport.
- The cDNA predicts a 400-amino acid protein with relative mass of 44,071 Da and 2 repeated C2-like domains in the C-terminal region.
- The C2 domain 1 is involved in binding calcium and phospholipids.
- It is predominantly expressed in the brain but also expressed in testis.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20℃.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
