特徴

• DRP-4 belongs to the hydantoinase/dihydropyrimidase subfamily.
• It is required for signalling by class 3 semaphorins and remodelling of the cytoskeleton.
• It also plays a role in axon guidance, neuronal growth cone collapse and cell migration.
• It exists as homotetramer and a heterotetramer.
• Antibodies against post-translationally modified DPR-4 are present in sera from patients with paraneoplastic neurological diseases.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20℃.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
