特徴
- Macrophage/monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
- Recombinant protein corresponding to rat MCP-1, containing 125aa and having a molecular mass of 14.09kD, expressed in E.
- coli.
- Biological Activity:Determined by the ability of Rat MCP-1 to chemoattract human peripheral blood at 10-100ng/ml.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20℃.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
