• Recombinant rat CNTF is a 22.7kD protein containing 199aa residues, lacking a hydrophobic N-terminal signal for secretion.
• Biological Activity:Determined by its ability to stimulate proliferation of human TF-1 cells using an ED50 concentration range of 25-35ng/ml.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20℃.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
