特徴
- CK7 blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells.
- Involved in the translational regulation of the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7).
- Expressed in cultured epidermal, bronchial and mesothelial cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1-2ug/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT.
- Requires HIER: boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
- Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
