The catenins (-T-catenin, is located on chromosome 10, and mutations in this gene show a strong correlation to late-onset Alzheimer's disease (LOAD) as well as to dilated cardiomyopathy.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, ELISA and Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: Coating
Flow Cytometry: 1-2ug/10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunofluorescence: 1-2ug/ml
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
