- Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is made by the body after exposure to ultraviolet rays.
- Vitamin D increases intestinal adsorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphate and is needed for normal bone growth.
- In humans, Vitamin D occurs in several forms including vitamin D2 and D3.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Vitamin D2: ~1%
- 1,25(OH)2 Vit D3*: 20%.
- 1,25(OH)2 Vit D2*: ~2% .
- *The concentration in blood is very low, about 0.1%.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
