特徴
- Epo R is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of megakaryocytes, erythroid progenitors, and endothelial cells.
- It binds Epo and transmits signals that stimulate the proliferation and maturation of bone marrow erythroid precursors into red cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels up to 1x10e6 cells.
- Using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell lineOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
