BMPR-IB, also known as ALK-6, is a type I serine/threonine kinase receptor that associates with a type II TGF-b receptor superfamily member to form a heteromeric receptor signaling complex.
BMPR-IB is expressed during embryogenesis and in adult brain, bone, and hematopoietic stem cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1ug/ml with recombinant human BMPR-IB/ALK‑6 Fc ChimeraOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
