• BMPR-IB, also known as ALK-6, is a type I serine/threonine kinase receptor that associates with a type II TGF-b receptor superfamily member to form a heteromeric receptor signaling complex.
• BMPR-IB is expressed during embryogenesis and in adult brain, bone, and hematopoietic stem cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/ml labels 10e6 cells.
• Validated using PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line or human iPS cellsImmunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml.
• Validated using immersion fixed PC-3 human prostate cancer cell lineOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
• Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
