特徴
- Immunoglobulin M (IgM) is produced as a 900kD pentamer, which is an efficient complement binder.
- This antibody type is produced initially in the immune response and it is the first immunoglobulin class to be synthesized by a fetus or newborn.
- IgM antibodies do not cross the placenta.
- IgM concentration in blood is 0.12g/l and its biological survival (plasma T1/2) is 5 days.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1-4ug/ml.
- Extracellular and intracellular staining
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
