特徴

• Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150kD soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man.
• Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75% of the total plasma immunoglobulins.
• IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer.
• IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 0.5-4ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
