特徴

• Ribosomal protein SA (RPSA) is a multi-functional protein, that is an important component of 40S ribosomal subunit, and binds to lamin.
• Higher expression of RPSA is characteristic for many carcinomas, and correlates with their invasivity and metastatic potential.
• It has also been described, that RPSA interacts with amyloid beta peptide during Alzheimer´s disease.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 2-10ug/ml.
• Intracellular staining
• Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml; both reducing and non-reducing conditions
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
