discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1 (DDR1), tyrosine kinase receptor E (TRKE), cell adhesion kinase (CAK), or neuroepithelial tyrosine kinase 4 (NEP, NTRK4), is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase expressed predominantly in epithelial cells.
It has been shown to be significantly overexpressed in several human tumors.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms of this protein have been described.
After binding to fibrilar collagens I, II, III, V, or basement membrane collagens IV and VIII, CD167a becomes activated and autophosphorylated and transduces collagen-induced signaling.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells of 100ul whole blood or 1x10e6 cells in suspensionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
