特徴
- This antibody reacts with H-2Kb MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Kb haplotype.
- H-2Kb is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volumeOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
