- CCR10 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein expressed by T cells and B cell subsets, and functions as a receptor for CCL27.
- CCR10 mediates lymphocyte migration to the skin and mucosa, and its expression correlates with the metastatic capacity of melanomas.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells.
- Validated for use with mouse B16F1 cells and rat splenocytes
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
