TRAIL-R3 (CD263, TR3, DcR1, LIT, TRID), expressed mainly on neutrophils, belongs to receptors of TRAIL, a TNF-like membrane cytotoxic protein that induces apoptosis in many tumor cells, but not in normal cells.
TRAIL-R3, however, is a GPI-anchored protein that lacks cytoplasmic death domain, thus it is unable to induce apoptosis and serves as a negative regulator of apoptotic signaling by competing for binding of TRAIL with death receptor 5 (DR5).
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 1-6ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
