- OX40 Ligand, also known as gp34, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF superfamily and is now designated TNFSF4.
- Engagement of OX40 Ligand by OX40 (CD134) on activated CD4+ T cells promotes the proliferation and differentiation of activated B cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Neutralization.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/1x10e6 cellsImmunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml for immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated with LPS
- Neutralization: 0.1-0.6ug/ml in the presence of 10ng/ml recombinant human CD252.
- Measured by its’ ability to neutralize CD252 in the HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cell line transected with human CD252.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
- Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
