特徴

• CD19 is a 95kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4.
• It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells.
• CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation.
• CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 5ul/10e6 cells iin 100ul staining volume or whole bloodOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Excitation Laser:Blue Laser (488nm)Green (532nm)/Yellow-Green (561nm)
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
