特徴

• S1P5 is also known as EDG-8 and nerve growth factor-related G-protein-coupled receptor-1 (NRG-1).
• S1P5 is a 398 amino acid (aa) seven-transmembrane receptor putative glycoprotein that binds the lysolipid phosphoric acid mediator, sphingosine 1-phosphate.
• Extracellular portions of human S1P5 show 96% and 97% aa identity with mouse and rat S1P5, respectively.
• Isoform 1 is expressed at a low level in peripheral tissues.
• Isoform 2 has an alternate C-terminal that is 88 aa shorter and is expressed mainly in brain, spleen, and PBMC.
• S1P5 is upregulated in large granular lymphocytic leukemias.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 0.25ul labels 1x10e6 cells.
• Validated using HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human EDG8 and eGFP
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
• Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
