The elF3I (eIF3-p36) is a subunit of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 (eIF3) complex that plays a central role in the protein translation initiation.
The eIF3 consists of at least 10 subunits ranging from 35 to 170 kd.
elF3-p36 is constitutively expressed in many tissues, including spleen thymus, prostate, colon, ovary, etc.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.25-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
