• Toll-like receptors are type I transmembrane signaling receptors which are critical for the innate host defense to pathogens.
• Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2), known as CD282, has been identified as a receptor that is central to the innate immune system's response to lipoproteins of Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, as well as a receptor for peptidoglycan and lipoteichoic acid and other bacterial cell membrane products.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 5ul/10e6 cells in 100ul staining volume or whole blood
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Excitation Laser:Blue Laser (488 nm)Green Laser (532 nm)/Yellow-Green Laser (561 nm)
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
