- Interferon-gamma is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells.
- Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-gamma also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities.
- IFN-gamma can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells.
- IFN-gamma can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IFN-gamma.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA (detection): 0.5-2ug/ml using 352048 as capture antibodyOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
