RhoG (Ras homology Growth-related) is also known as ARGH, belonging to the Rho family of small G proteins capable of signaling via binding GTP and catalyzing it to GDP.
It is expressed widely in mammalian cells, including fibroblasts, leukocytes, neuronal cells, endothelial cells, and on cell lines, such as HeLa cells.
RhoG is involved in a number of signaling pathways, including those for chemokine receptors in cell motility, gene transcription, endocytosis, neurite outgrowth, and others.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 4-10ug/mlWestern Blot: 5-10ug/mlOptimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
