特徴
- The AGXT gene provides instructions for making a liver enzyme called alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase.
- Inside liver cells, this enzyme is found in peroxisomes, structures that contain many different enzymes used to produce energy and the basic materials important for cellular activities.
- AGXT converts a compound called glyoxylate to glycine, an amino acid that is a building block for making enzymes and other proteins.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:100Flow Cytometry: 2-5ug for 1x10e6cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
