• DLL3, also known as Delta like ligand 3, is a transmembrane Delta-like protein principally found in the Golgi apparatus and endosomes where it promotes Notch family receptor degradation to inhibit primary neurogenesis.
• DLL3 is one of five DSL proteins that bind to the Notch receptor.
• Notch signaling pathways play key roles in cell-fate determination and differentiation in many tissues during embryonic and postnatal development.
• Notch ligands family members are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain.
• Mutations in the DLL3 gene causes autosomal recessive spondylocostal dysostosis.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml detected Delta3 on 10ug of human liver tissue lysate
• Flow Cytometry: 0.1ug detected Delta3 in HEK293 cells
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
