Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug labels 10e6 cells in human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human PD-1 and eGFPWestern Blot: 1ug/ml using recombinant human IgG Fc region under non-reducing conditions onlyOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
