Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72) is a glycoprotein that found on the surface of many cancer cells such as ovary, breast, colon, lung and pancreas.
Anti-TAG-72 can be used for detecting human adenocarcinomas and non-neoplastic tissues.
In addition, Anti-TAG-72 is also useful for distinguishing between mesothelioma and adenocarcinomas.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:3000Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
