特徴
- Hepatitis B is a liver infection caused by the Hepatitis B virus (HBV).
- Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) contains the large (L), middle (M), and small (S) surface proteins of HBV.
- HBsAg can be detected at high levels in serum during acute or chronic HBV infection.
- The body normally produces antibodies to HBsAg as part of the normal immune response to infection.
- HBsAg is the antigen used to make the HBV vaccine and is also a diagnostic marker.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded).
- 1-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
