- B Lymphocyte Activator Macrophage-Expressed (BLAME), also known as SLAMF8, is an Ig superfamily protein that is part of the CD2 family of receptors.
- It is expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells.
- BLAME modulates signaling through the B-cell receptor and may also function during B-lineage commitment.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells.
- Using human peripheral blood mononuclear cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
