特徴
- On ligand binding, forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases.
- Type II receptors phosphorylate and activate type I receptors which autophosphorylate, then bind and activate SMAD transcriptional regulators.
- Receptor for activin A, activin B and inhibin A.
- Mediates induction of adipogenesis by GDF6 (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Kinetics and Functional Assays.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
