特徴
- CXCR3 is a G protein-coupled chemokine receptor that binds the alpha chemokines MIG (CXCL9), IP-10 (CXCL10), and I-TAC (CXCL11).
- CXCR3 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and NK cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells using human peripheral blood lymphocytesOptimal dilution to be determined by researcher.
- Excitation:620-650nm
- Emission:660-670nm
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
