CXCR6, is a G protein- coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes.
It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells using BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CXCR6 and eGFPOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
