特徴

• CD8b is the 32kD b chain of CD8, also known as Lyt-3 or Ly-3.
• It is a member of the Ig superfamily expressed as a heterodimer with the CD8a chain on a subset of MHC class I-restricted T cells and most thymocytes.
• CD8 is a co-receptor for the TCR complex involved in T cell activation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: ≤0.06ug labels 10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
