特徴

• CD66c is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein capable of homophilic adhesion and heterophilic binding to CD66a-e, CD62E, and galectins.
• It is expressed on granulocytes and epithelial cells, and has potential applications in the detection of sites of infection and inflammation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
