- CD66c is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein capable of homophilic adhesion and heterophilic binding to CD66a-e, CD62E, and galectins.
- It is expressed on granulocytes and epithelial cells, and has potential applications in the detection of sites of infection and inflammation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 3-12ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
