特徴

• CD16 (FcgammaRIII) is a 50-65kD glycoprotein serving as a low affinity IgG receptor.
• Human FcgammaRIII is expressed in two forms – FcgammaRIII-A and -B.
• FcgammaRIII-A is a transmembrane protein of monocytes, macrophages, NK cells and a subset of T cells.
• It is associated with FcepsilonRI-gamma subunit and is responsible for antibody-dependent NK cell cytotoxicity.
• Mast cell FcgammaRIII-A is associated, moreover, with FcepsilonRI-beta subunit.
• Besides IgG, FcgammaRIII-A can be triggered also by oligomeric IgE.
• FcgammaRIII-B is a GPI-linked monomeric receptor expressed on neutrophils and is involved in their activation and induction of a proadhesive phenotype.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul human whole blood
• Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
