特徴

• CD31 is a 130-140kD glycoprotein, also known as platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1), EndoCAM, and gpIIa.
• It is a member of the Ig superfamily, expressed on endothelial cells, platelets, granulocytes, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and T and B cell subsets, and is critical for cell-to-cell interactions.
• The primary ligands for CD31 have been reported to be CD38 and the vitronectin receptor (av b3 integrin, CD51/CD61).
• Other reported functions of CD31 are neutrophil emigration to sites of inflammation, and angiogenesis.
• This antibody has been shown to inhibit in vitro and in vivo functions of CD31.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: ≤1.0ug/10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
