- Teplizumab is a biosimilar directed against the extracellular domain of CD3.
- This antibody can be used in flow cytometry or various assay format to measure CD3 expression.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells using human PBMCsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
- Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
