TCR alpha V24-J18 chain is a marker of invariant NK T cells (iNKT).
This chain pairs mostly with TCR beta V11 chain, and together they interact with glycolipide-loaded CD1d.
This interaction results in iNKT activation and cytokine production (IFN gamma, IL-4, IL-13), which takes important part in immune regulation and host response to pathogens and cancer(support of both Th1 and Th2 way), although iNKT cells represent less than 1% of total peripheral T cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
