特徴

• The antigen-specific T cell receptor (TCR) is composed of either alpha and beta subunit, or gamma and delta subunit.
• Majority of T cells present in the blood, lymph and secondary lymphoid organs express TCR alpha/beta heterodimers, whereas the T cells expressing TCR gamma/delta heterodimers are localized mainly in epithelial tissues and at the sites of infection.
• The subunits of TCR heterodimers are covalently bonded and in the endoplasmic reticulum they associate with CD3 subunits to form functional TCR-CD3 complex.
• Lack of expression of any of the chains is sufficient to stop cell surface expression.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 4ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
