83-5975-83 TRAIL (TNF-related Apoptosis-inducing Ligand, Protein TRAIL, Apo-2 Ligand, APO2L, Apo-2L, CD253, TL2, Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 10, TNFSF10) (PE) 100ug 046180-PE
特徴
- Human CD253 / TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand), also called Apo2, is a type II membrane protein from the TNF family.
- TRAIL is a cytotoxic protein which activates rapid apoptosis in tumor cells, but not in normal cells.
- TRAIL-induced apotosis, is achieved through binding to two dealth-signaling receptors, DR4 (CD261 / TRAIL-R1) and DR5 (CD262 / TRAIL-R2).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
