特徴

• Nitrotyrosine can be detected in proteins from a variety of tissues usually in association with pathological conditions.
• Reaction of nitric oxide with superoxide produces peroxynitrite, which can undergo heterolytic cleavage into nitronium and hydroxyl ions.
• Nitration of tyrosine residues by nitronium ion forms nitrotyrosine groups in the respective proteins.
• Nitrotyrosine is thus a marker for inflammation-associated tissue damage.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin/frozen): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Recommended Controls:Western Blot: NO2-BSA, NO2-HSA
• Immunohistochemistry: colon cancer epithelium, prostate hyperplasia.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
