This antibody recognizes a3 domain of H-2Dd MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Dd haplotype.
H-2Dd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins.
This antibody cross-reacts with cells from the C3H.LG/Ckc strain.
Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., b,f,k,p,q,r,s) has not been reported.
This clone recognizes the a3 domain of Dd.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volumeOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
