Recommended Dilution:Immunocytochemistry (IF): 1:10 to stain Neuro2A cells treated withGT1b ganglioside prior to the addition of BoTox-B.
Following the treatment, the cells were washed x 4, fixed in neutral buffered formalin for 10min, permeablized and blocked
Inhibition: Inhibits the binding of BoTox-B to Neuro2A cells treated with GT1b ganglioside prior to the addition of the toxin, and prior incubation of the antibody with the synthetic peptide immunogen has been shown to eliminate the inhibition of cellular binding by the antibodyOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
