特徴

• Leukocyte common antigen is expressed exclusively on the surface of hematolymphoid cells and their progenitors, including T and B lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, and macrophages.
• Mature erythrocytes and megakaryocytes do not express CD45.
• The CD45 antibody is an important component of the antibody panel used to distinguish hematolymphoid neoplasms from non-hematolymphoid neoplasms, including undifferentiated or anaplastic large cell tumors (malignant lymphoma, melanoma, and carcinoma).
• In a study of nasophryngeal biopsies, LCA staining was positive for all malignant melanomas and negative for all nasopharyngeal carcinomas.
• LCA may be used together with cytokeratin antibodies to identify the cell-lineage of anaplastic tumors, demonstrating the ability to identify lymphoma and carcinoma in up to 88% of cases in a single study.
• Consists of a mixture of three monoclonal antibodies: CD45, CD45RA and CD45RB.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1-5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: paraffin.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
